| Typically in January-Febrary, we provide an application at the high school for students to fill out. A small group of advisors individually go through the applications, and decide on those deserving, trying to give as many grants as we can. Ann Ash distributes the funds to the qualifying students by early May. Students are so appreciative of the unexpected help! |
| This grant will provide money for resources that graduating seniors need who have little support at home. Last year, we were able to provide 10 students with grants of $200-$400 for various needs. This is a small amount compared to the needs of most, but we hope it can give a jumpstart to those who want to pursue post high school education or the trades. Sometimes, students just need a boost and someone to have faith in them. The more funds we have to give, the more students we are able to help. |
